Columbia ACS wants to congratulate Jon Sherman, who was recently named the winner of the
Fourth Annual American Constitution Society National Writing Competition. Jon's paper, entitled "A Person Otherwise Innocent': Policing Entrapment in Preventative, Undercover Counterterrorism Investigations", will be published in the
University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Congratulations, Jon!
